Hygiene Excel Ltd– Terms and Conditions for In-Person Continuing Education Events

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any in-person continuing education event (“Event”) hosted by Hygiene Excel Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Event Registration & Payment
1.1 Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.
1.3 All prices are in [CAD or applicable currency] and subject to applicable taxes.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our full Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations:
- More than 6 weeks before the event date –We offer a full refund more than 6 week from the event.
- Less than 6 weeks before the event date –We know plans can change! While we’re not able to offer refunds on tickets, you’re welcome to pass your spot along to a friend or colleague—whether as a gift or a sale—at no extra charge. If you do transfer your ticket, just send us the new participant’s name and contact details at least 10 days before the event so we can give them a warm welcome.
- Thanks for understanding, and we can’t wait to see you (or your lucky substitute) at the event!
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms
- No-shows – Tickets are forfeited with no refund, rescheduling, or credit.

3. Event Content & Certification
3.1 Event content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute dental or medical advice.
3.2 While our courses are designed to meet recognized continuing education standards, it is your responsibility to verify eligibility with your licensing body.
3.3 Certificates of completion will be issued only to participants who attend the entire course and meet participation requirements.
4. Conduct & Professionalism
4.1 We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner toward instructors, staff, and other attendees.
4.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.
5. Health, Safety & Liability
5.1 You agree to comply with any safety instructions, facility rules, and applicable public health guidelines during the Event.
5.2 Hygiene Excel Ltd is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the Event.
5.3 Participation is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All course materials, presentations, and related content are the property of Hygiene Excel Ltd or its instructors and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2 You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share event content without prior written permission.
7. Photography & Media Consent
7.1 By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and educational purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the Event.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 We are not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, facility closures, public health emergencies, or transportation disruptions.
8.2 In such cases, credits or rescheduling will be offered, but no refunds will be issued.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
